1. Outdoor LED display system structure

The outdoor LED display system is a video image display system, consisting of a data distributor, red and green dual color LED pixel cylinder, display unit template, shift drive circuit, and unit box, forming a dual color display.

The data allocator is responsible for buffering, driving, and allocating data from the controller to the display unit template. The display unit template consists of a red green LED pixel cylinder, a display unit template, a shift driver circuit, and a unit box.

 

The red and green LED pixel cylinder adopts Taiwan's chip packaging technology, which has the advantages of tight surface packaging, dust-proof, waterproof, and shockproof. The control light panel is sealed with imported silicone and can work normally after 24 hours of immersion test. The light panel has no contact parts and the screen body adopts constant current source display driver technology. Its power output is large and stable, and its brightness can be safely and stably maintained at a luminous intensity of 7800cd/㎡. Can display complex text, graphics, and images. This system adopts a point-to-point display driving method to achieve a luminous intensity of 7800cd/㎡ per square meter.
 

2. Outdoor LED display screen power supply system

The power system of the display screen is composed of power wiring, distribution box, power management module, display screen control microcomputer, display screen dedicated voltage stabilizing power supply, AC transmission cable, DC transmission cable, etc.

The three-phase AC power is sent to the display screen distribution box through an AC transmission cable. The power management software in the display screen control microcomputer controls the power management module (i.e. PLC power management system) to manage the on/off of the AC power. The dedicated power supply for the display screen converts the AC power into the regulated DC power+5V required for the display screen. The DC power is transmitted to the display screen display unit through the DC transmission cable.

3. Screen temperature controller

Outdoor LED display screens need to adjust the internal temperature of the screen according to their installation in different regions and working in different seasons. The screen temperature constant temperature controller meets the temperature requirements of working environments in different regions and seasons, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the display screen control system.

Temperature setting range: 0-20 ° C

? When the internal temperature of the screen is below zero, open the hot air curtain for heating.

? When the internal temperature of the screen is less than 20 ° C, turn on the air conditioning to cool down.

? When the internal temperature of the screen is between 0-20 ° C, the hot air curtain and air conditioning will not start.
