How to distinguish the quality of LED unit boards? Look at the material
LED unit board board: Some LED module manufacturers, in order to compete for low prices, use inexpensive flame-retardant paper boards or single-sided fiber boards as PCB circuit boards for LED lights. Because all fiberglass PCB boards are too expensive. At the beginning, there is no noticeable difference in the effect. If lucky, it can last for six or eight months. Generally, within a year, it will break due to moisture, UV damage, oxidation, and other reasons, resulting in the entire LED unit board being scrapped. High quality LED unit boards must be made of double-sided full glass fiber PCB boards. Although the cost is high, the quality is guaranteed.
IC: Observe whether the brands of IC devices used have consistency. What type of IC to use and how many ICs to use can affect the quality of the board. Some merchants, in order to save costs, intentionally reduce the number of ICs or mix in other brands of ICs when producing unit boards. How can we ensure the stability of board performance with different ICs?
Lamp beads and chips: It is impossible to distinguish the quality of lamp beads with the naked eye. It can only rely on long-term testing, which is what experts call aging testing. The general practice of small workshops is to power on the LED display screen before leaving the factory to check if it can operate normally, and it will not undergo long-term aging testing. Check the appearance quality of the selected material

Check the circuit design specifications and ensure that the PCB wiring meets the LED display technology requirements
Check welding quality
Check if there are any missing or incorrect components on the patch, and if there are any burrs or short circuits on the pins of the components. Check whether the welding points of the straight plug-in are smooth and round, whether the board surface is clean and tidy, and whether there are no false or missed welds. Check the flatness of the insertion of the luminous dot matrix and the consistency of the ink color.
